A kitchen knife with a Damascus steel blade. The wavy pattern visible on the blade results from the manufacturing process: several layers of steel are forge-welded and then worked, creating these characteristic striations. Each blade therefore has a slightly different pattern.
The blade cuts cleanly and retains its sharpness longer than a standard kitchen knife. The handle is ergonomic for a comfortable grip, even with prolonged use.
Ideal for daily cutting tasks: vegetables, meat, herbs, fish.
